Payment

Shipping

All orders ship within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and if otherwise noted at checkout). All customers receive a tracking number so they can follow their package during the entire transit time. For shipments within the EU, please expect 2-8 business days for delivery. We do not ship to outside EU.

Shipments going to countries in the EU will be ship with DPD.

Cancellation & Changes

Please verify your order details as we cannot amend your order once processed to our warehouse for shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Alternatively, you may cancel your order by logging in to your account and canceling the order from the order dashboard. If additions to the order or different products are requested, kindly place a new order. In many cases it may be too late to cancel your order. In this case, it is best to wait for your package to be delivered and then going through the return process.

Custom Duties

We do not have the possibility to activate any checkout codes after an order is completed. The checkout code must be activated during checkout for it to be valid.

Warranty

Warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process. Warranties given on products are as follows:
